As one of the top most visited historic homes in the nation, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates is a National Register Historic Site with more than 20 acres of gardens and homes of the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford families. The site features the original 1928 Edison Botanic Research Laboratory and a 15,000 – square- foot museum. Edison Ford is a national treasure and leader in cultural and heritage tourism in Southwest Florida. The site is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Historian led tours are offered daily at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Please check our website for additional details!
