Description
We have a farm-to-table restaurant right on our farm that is open Thursday and Friday from 9AM until 3PM, Saturday from 11AM till 3PM, and Sunday Brunch with live music from 10AM till 2PM. Our restaurant is available for special events.
We raise AGA certified 100% grass-fed Longhorn cows, pastured heritage breed Red Wattle hogs, and pastured heritage breed Dominique, Silver-laced Wyandotte and Australorp chickens.
Our cows have been born on our farm, drank mother's milk and eaten pasture grasses only. No grain, hormones, steroids, or antibiotics are ever given to our animals. Our grass is as nature intended and has not been treated with chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our farming practices reflect our respect for the land.
Due to Hurricane Irma we now only raise our own herbs and special salad greens, lettuces, perennial edibles and limited vegetables for use in the restaurant. We will continue to strive to provide our local community with the taste of real, seasonal produce and keep connected to the land.
Our commitment to sustainable agriculture and wildlife stewardship ensures respect for the delicate balance of the land. We practice a holistic approach to our farm management which helps sustain and nourish the environment through pasture rotation and ongoing efforts in improving soil fertility.
We are committed to providing you, and your family with the healthiest, most delicious, and highest quality vegetables, beef, pork, and pastured eggs
