The following are our rates:
(IN-SEASON: November 15- April 14)
$1,200 per week; $175 per additional night
(OFF-SEASON: April 15- November 14)
$750 per week; $110 per additional night
(SUMMER RATE: June 27- July 11) $1,000 per week
We require a MINIMUM 2 week stay
for IN SEASON and one week stay for OFF SEASON.
Application & Admin fee: Yes, ask when confirming your reservation.
(may vary)
There is NO Cleaning fee.
Availability may be subject to change because dates book quickly.
